Adjutant General of the SC Army National Guard, 1910-1921. Also Inspector General of S.C., 1910-1912. Interesting note: South Carolina is the only state that elects its Adjutant General by popular vote and Moore was re-elected 3 times. His son, William T. Moore '16, is listed on The Citadel Distinguished Alumni List.
